Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 1, 2026
Think1 Designs, LLC (“Think1 Designs”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request a quote, contact our team, use our free tools, or access the Think1 Designs Client Portal, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. By using our website or services you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information that helps us respond to you, deliver our services and improve our website. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Contact details — name, business name, email address, phone number and mailing or service address.
- Project details — the services you are interested in, budget range, timeline, existing website URLs and any files or briefs you share with us.
- Account data — credentials and profile information created for the Client Portal, including one-time login PINs and session records.
- Billing information — invoice records, purchase history and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers.
- Support and communication records — tickets, live chat transcripts, emails and appointment notes.
- Usage data — IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, time spent and other diagnostic data collected automatically.
2. Contact Forms
When you submit a contact form we collect the information you provide so that a member of our team can respond. We use these submissions to answer questions, schedule consultations and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell contact form data, and we do not add you to marketing emails from a contact form alone unless you opt in.
3. Quote Requests
Quote and estimate requests collect the details needed to scope work accurately: service type, budget range, desired timeline, current website and a description of your goals. This information is used to prepare a proposal, and it is retained so that we can reference prior conversations if you return to us later.
4. CRM Data
Information you submit through our website is stored in our internal customer relationship management (CRM) system so that our team has a single, accurate record of your business relationship with us. CRM records may combine contact details, quote requests, support history, appointments, invoices and project activity. Access is restricted to authorized Think1 Designs personnel with a business need, and it is governed by role-based permissions.
5. Client Portal Accounts
Clients may be given access to the Think1 Designs Client Portal to review projects, documents, invoices, appointments and support tickets. Portal accounts are tied to a verified email address and protected by secure sign-in, including one-time PIN verification where applicable. We log portal sign-in events, document views and signature activity to maintain an accurate audit trail. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files placed on your device that help a website function and remember your preferences. We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies — required for sign-in, session security and fraud prevention. The site cannot function correctly without them.
- Functional cookies — remember choices such as your preferences within the Client Portal so you do not have to re-enter them.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors encounter problems.
7. Your Cookie Choices
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, parts of our website — particularly the Client Portal — may not work as intended. You can learn more about managing cookies in your browser's help documentation or on the Free Privacy Policy website guide.
8. Analytics
We use analytics and performance tools to measure traffic, understand how visitors use our pages and diagnose technical issues. These tools collect aggregated and pseudonymous usage data such as page views, device type and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell it.
9. Email Communications
We send transactional email — quote confirmations, portal invitations, PIN codes, invoices, appointment reminders, ticket updates and free tool reports — because you requested a service or hold an account with us. We may also send marketing email such as newsletters or offers, but only where you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects transactional messages related to active work. We keep delivery logs (recipient, subject, timestamp, delivery status) for auditing and troubleshooting.
10. File Uploads
You may upload files such as logos, brand assets, contracts, screenshots or supporting documents through our forms, support tickets or the Client Portal. Uploaded files are stored in access-controlled storage and are used only to deliver the services you requested. Please do not upload sensitive personal information (for example government identification numbers, health records or full payment card details) unless we have specifically asked for it through a secure channel.
11. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to enquiries, quotes and support requests.
- Deliver, maintain and support the services you have engaged us for.
- Create proposals, contracts, invoices and project documentation.
- Operate secure accounts and verify identity for portal access and e-signature.
- Improve our website, tools and service quality.
- Send service updates and, with your consent, marketing communications.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
12. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access controls, restricted administrative accounts, activity auditing and reputable hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your data we cannot guarantee absolute security. Additional detail is available on our Security & Data Protection page.
13. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and afterwards only as required for legitimate business or legal reasons. In practice this means enquiry and quote records are typically retained for up to three years; client project, contract, invoice and signature records are retained for at least seven years to satisfy accounting and legal requirements; support and chat records are retained for up to three years; and analytics data is retained in aggregated form. When information is no longer needed we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it.
14. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our business — for example cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery services, payment processors, domain registrars, scheduling tools, analytics platforms and performance testing APIs used by our free tools. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us and are bound by their own agreements and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies before sharing information.
15. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request deletion of your information where we are not required to keep it.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including marketing.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
- Request that we do not sell or share your information — we do not sell personal information.
16. Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@think1designs.com with the details of your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time frame required by applicable law. You will never be treated differently for exercising a privacy right.
17. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
18. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on our website where appropriate. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
